Jill is a compassionate and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in healthcare, legal consultation, and facility management. Her professional background is coupled with her personal journey navigating the intricate process of finding suitable living arrangements for her own mother, progressing from independent living to assisted living and finally to memory care. This firsthand experience fuels Jill’s commitment to ensuring the well-being and comfort of seniors in their golden years.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Georgia State University. Previously a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Jill brings a unique perspective to senior care, combining her expertise with the specialized needs of seniors.
In addition to her nursing credentials, Jill is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, reflecting her commitment to understanding and addressing the specific challenges faced by individuals with dementia and their families.
Jill’s professional journey began with nine years in pediatric emergency nursing and primary care nursing, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care. Following this, she transitioned into a role as a Legal Nurse Consultant, specializing in medical malpractice cases for four years. This experience allowed Jill to navigate the intersection of healthcare and the legal system.
For eight years, Jill served as the Business Manager of sober living facilities, demonstrating her ability to manage and optimize the operations of care facilities. This role equipped her with valuable insights into the importance of creating supportive environments for individuals in life transitions.
Subsequently, Jill spent eight years as the Manager of Lower School and Middle School operations at two K-12 private schools. This diverse experience in education administration allows Jill to bring a holistic perspective on organizational management.
