Think of some people in your life who have a positive outlook and are joyful to be around. Make an effort to call those people, meet up with them for coffee, or invite them over for dinner and games. Maybe even plan a trip to visit them if they live far away – this is a great way to have something positive to look forward to once the holidays are over. If traveling is not an option, there are plenty of tech devices available for seniors to connect with loved ones near and far.
