As Senior Transitions Coordinator for Hillsborough County, Catherine Cruz helps seniors and families navigate care decisions with clarity and compassion. She has worked in healthcare since 2012 and in home care since 2018, gaining experience in private-duty home care, client services, staffing, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Before joining Senior Consulting Advisors, Catherine directed a Tampa home care company, where she led teams and helped clients receive high-quality care.
