Each community is unique and prices vary. The median cost of assisted living in Florida is approximately $4,500 per month, but it can range anywhere from $3,000 to $7,000 depending on the community and its amenities.

In a rental model, residents have a monthly payment which includes health care services, medication management, meals, all utilities, rent, maintenance, as well as most activities, services, and amenities offered within the community.

A buy-in model requires an up-front financial investment as well as a monthly payment. The up-front payment is used as a “down-payment” for care expenses if needed in the future.

No, we also offer our services to seniors who would prefer to stay at their own home. We can help coordinate in-home care services as well as home adaptations that may be necessary for safety.
