Charles brings over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting in marketing for Skilled Nursing Facilities and quickly advancing into leadership positions such as Director of Business Development, Director of Admissions, and Director of Transitional Care. Prior to his healthcare career, Charles also engaged in recovery counseling within a ministerial setting.

Throughout his journey, Charles has embraced the essence of human connection, a value he carries forward from his ministry background. He firmly believes in the importance of touching the humanness of people and considers it a tremendous honor when individuals and families invite him into their lives to discuss healthcare decisions. For Charles, this invitation signifies the establishment of a special relationship, where he actively listens to their needs, guides them through the healthcare maze, and advocates for them with unwavering dedication.

Understanding the overwhelming nature of the healthcare system, Charles has made it his mission to reach out to families who are seeking direction. He recognizes that seniors and their families can quickly become overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. With his expertise and compassionate approach, Charles aims to provide clarity and support to those navigating the complexities of healthcare.

In addition to his wealth of experience, Charles holds several certifications that further enhance his abilities. He is a Certified Transitional Care Fellow, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Mediator. These qualifications equip him with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique challenges individuals and families face in healthcare decision-making.

Originally from Kansas, Charles pursued his education at Southern Methodist University before moving to Florida for his internship. It was during this time that he met his wife, with whom he has now shared 20 years of marriage. They are the proud parents of two daughters, both of whom will be attending Venice High School next year.
