Charles brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting in marketing for Skilled Nursing Facilities and quickly advancing into leadership positions such as Director of Business Development, Director of Admissions, and Director of Transitional Care. Prior to his healthcare career, Charles also engaged in recovery counseling within a ministerial setting.

Throughout his journey, Charles has embraced the essence of human connection, a value he carries forward from his ministry background. He firmly believes in the importance of touching the humanness of people and considers it a tremendous honor when individuals and families invite him into their lives to discuss healthcare decisions. For Charles, this invitation signifies the establishment of a special relationship, where he actively listens to their needs, guides them through the healthcare maze, and advocates for them with unwavering dedication.

In addition to his wealth of experience, Charles holds several certifications that further enhance his abilities. He is a Certified Transitional Care Fellow, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Mediator. These qualifications equip him with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique challenges individuals and families face in healthcare decision-making.

Originally from Kansas, Charles pursued his education at Southern Methodist University before moving to Florida for his internship. He is the proud father of two daughters: a student at Venice High School and a student at University of Central Florida in Orlando.
